All our cakes are baked on the premises and available to purchase and take home. Simply place your order and give us 48hrs notice and your cake will be packed and ready for collection.
We make all our cakes on the premises., We use free range eggs and fresh ingredients when possible. We cannot guarantee our products are suitable for anyone who has allergies or any food intolerance.
If you haven't tried the Chocolate & Beetroot Cake its a must, the inclusion of freshly grated beetroot adds to the moistness of the cake which is a chocolate lovers dream, especially as its topped with a pure chocolate ganache..not for the faint hearted.
Our Fruit and Marzipan Cake is made by boiling the dried fruits in orange juice and putting the marzipan in the centre of the cake, very moreish...Lemon Drizzle is made with fresh lemons the inclusion of yoghurt keeps the cake moist, topped with a sharp fresh lemon icing. Our Gluten free Orange & Lavender Cake is popular with everyone and not just those on a wheat free diet. Made with ground almonds fresh oranges and lemons and then soaked in a sweet reduction of orange juice and spices. Our Carrot Cake is made using fresh carrots and roasted walnuts and will probably be one of the best carrots cakes you will taste, not overly sweet but extremly moist.
All our Classic Sponges are made in the traditional way filled with buttercream and fresh fruit etc and are amongst our best sellers. Banana Cake .. what can I say its probably the best seller of all the cakes made using fresh bananas and filled with buttercream and caramel. Can also be dairy free if we take out the buttercream. And then there were Brownies... made with best quality chocolate, butter, roasted walnuts and glace cherries it doesn't get much better than that!
